an SAE if you wish it to be returned to you.
Your application must include:
A covering letter
A current CV
Supporting visual material:
this may be in the following formats:
6 x images on Slide / Photo / CD (on a single
closed session CD-Rom and in JPG or PDF format
only)
DVD / VHS (video material
must be no longer than 5 minutes and in PAL)
A
completed proposal form (Download below)
You may also include
an artist statement on a separate sheet, but
this is optional
