gone
in – felt out. um
Stuffed, fabric letters hang in lines – in
an understandable order. These are the simple thoughts
and feelings of three strange looking bodies.
Searching for a point of contact between internal
and external thought and feeling. To use the familiarity
of our alphabet, our uniting and approximating voice,
to point out and highlight what it does not say.
To discover and articulate the spaces between, behind,
in front of and above those words. To physically
fill the gaps with feeling, with constrained, stuffed
boxes or pillows leaking those very flat words.
